- Each project has a fixed number of changes within the prearranged time. Additional changes will be considered on an individual basis.

- Programming errors disclosed during or immediately after development do not incur additional charges.
- Rework on completed tasks or changes to the layout after acknowledgment will require extra fees.
- Changes demanded during progress or after Go-Live approval will accrue extra costs, charged separately.
- All website content and relevant items must be received within the first two weeks of the project work. Delays beyond a reasonable timeframe may result in additional charges.
- Our webpages are generally tested on PCs using the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. Please inform us in advance if testing is required on any other browser.
- iPhones and iPads are used for testing responsive compatible web pages. Notify us ahead of time if testing on another device is necessary.
- If your webpage is not hosted on a synapse server, any extra hours required due to network issues will be charged separately.
- Projects stalling for more than two months will incur $99/week in admin costs and may raise previously approved estimates.
- Putting a project on hold requires prior notice otherwise, the team will not cater to it.
- The Wolves Marketing’s software codes (excluding open-source software) can be handed over at an extra cost once all previous receipts have been settled. The codes are for the customer’s use and may not be resold or duplicated.
- The Wolves Marketing owns copyrights to all codes written for clients, guaranteeing exclusive use with a license granted as part of the hosting fee.
- The website/application is crafted using commercial-grade internet; its performance may vary on an office network based on website traffic.
- Third-party elements’ constraints are beyond our control; purchase costs for SSL, Payment Gateway, Google Adwords, Plugin licenses, etc., are not included in estimates.
- The Wolves Marketing accepts no liability for accessible options like WordPress, Open-Source Carts, Joomla, etc. The client is responsible for keeping all elements and third-party software up to date.
- Packages in collaboration with third-party vendors may be affected by changes in the provider’s rules and strategies.
- Delays, as long as reasonable effort is made to stay on track, will not result in penalties.
- Domain registration, renewal, and related charges are not included unless specified in the project or proposal.
- Hosting fees are not included in the quotation, if necessary, The Wolves Marketing can organize hosting, with a separate estimate approved by the client.
- Testing is done on servers or domains hosted by The Wolves Marketing, third parties cannot connect directly to their test server. The webpage can be transferred after payment of all dues.
- Upon payment in full of outstanding invoices, The Wolves Marketing grants an unconditional permit for the client to deal with visual effects, writings, and photos used in the published webpage, excluding intellectual property related to the website’s creation.
- Email is the primary communication method. Clients must keep us updated on their current email addresses.
