- In the event of a dispute, The Wolves Marketing has the discretion and freedom to pursue legal action, holding the customer accountable for the work completed and the resources expended in dispute resolution. In such a scenario, The Wolves Marketing retains the right to charge the client without honoring any previously granted discounts. The Wolves Marketing will not be held liable for losses resulting from false representation or unprofessionalism.
- The Wolves Marketing may terminate services strictly for any client if their company’s operating principles and regulatory criteria are not aligned or met.
- The Wolves Marketing provides its services “as is” without guarantees of current safety or other issues that may affect data traffic, statistics, or reputation. While efforts are made to keep systems and servers secure from threats, The Wolves Marketing cannot be held accountable for any network outages.
- The Wolves Marketing maintains independent dealings with partners and subcontractors, with no party having the power to interfere or constrain the other. Clients must indemnify and hold The Wolves Marketing, its licensors, content creators, network operators, staff, agents, officers, directors, contractors, and subcontractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless for any violation of these Agreements and Constraints or any other terms, conditions, policies, or procedures, including any use of the content not explicitly allowed in these Terms and Conditions. The client acknowledges that The Wolves Marketing will bear no liability for such violations or unauthorized use and agrees to hold the indemnified parties harmless for any loss, damage, judgments, expenses, bills, and legal fees.
- Clients also agree to exculpate and hold the indemnified parties innocent from and against any third-party claims arising from their use of The Wolves Marketing’s information.
- The Wolves Marketing will not be subjected to liability for any breach of the agreement that surpasses (but is not restricted to) fire, lightning, explosion, war, natural calamities, industrial disputes (whether or not involving their employees), severe weather conditions, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
