- Due to the nature of the work, refunds will not be issued once the project has commenced.
- Clients have the option to terminate services at any time. However, refunds will not be processed if the agreement is canceled within the current month. The client must submit written notice, which can be in the form of a text message or email. While future payments will be halted, no prorated payouts will be granted.
- No refunds will be provided if the client disregards The Wolves Marketing’s advice and approvals for specific changes (“White Hat” or similar) such as SEO research methods, altering web content, keyword optimization, webpage analysis methods, website connectivity, and structure.
- Refunds will not be issued if the client engages another SEO Company during the contract term with us or simultaneously undertakes SEO on their website.
- Rebates will not be processed if the client fails to provide necessary web access for SEO purposes or if the client’s website is inactive or not functioning correctly.
- Once the client approves the mock-up designs and the project progresses into the testing stages, no payouts will be refunded.
- We strictly do not entertain cancellations for special event-related services organized by our sales team. These are time-limited offers that cannot be canceled without at least 30 days’ notice.
- While Optimization for Search Engines (SEO) and other online marketing packages are non-refundable, the client may cancel by providing written notice 15 days in advance.
- We do not reimburse funds or payouts for projects that have been inactive, neglected, or left vacant for more than 30 days.
